Starting Wednesday, the Wolves embark on a season-high six-game road trip. The team won't return to the Allstate Arena until Nov. 21, when they host Peoria. Chicago has posted a 0-4-0-0 record in four road contests this season potting just one marker in each of those games.

--- Chris Chelios: Potted the game-winning power-play marker against Rockford on Sunday - his first career AHL goal ... Paces Wolves defensemen and shares fifth on the team with five points (G, 4A) in five games played since signing with Chicago on Oct. 20 ... Paces the club and shares sixth in the league with a +7 plus/minus rating ... Appeared in 28 NHL games with the Detroit Red Wings last season, accruing 18 penalty minutes ... Also tallied an assist and two penalty minutes in two AHL games with the Grand Rapids Griffins last year

--- Brett Sterling: Collected six points (3G, 3A) during a three-game point streak from Oct. 10 to Oct. 28, which includes potting a goal in each contest ... Shares second on the Wolves with three goals and third with seven points in seven games this season ... Shared fourth on the Wolves with 16 goals and ranked fifth with 39 points in 52 games last season ... Also skated in six NHL games with Atlanta, netting one goal

--- Spencer Machacek: Has been held scoreless in his last two games after notching six points (2G, 4A) in his previous two outings ... Paces the Wolves with 10 points and shares first with seven assists in 11 games this season ... Ranked second on the team and shared 14th among league rookies with 48 points (23G, 25A) in a team-high 77 games last season ... Also made his NHL debut in two games with Atlanta last year

--- Jason Krog: Assisted on the game-winning goal yesterday after being reassigned by the Atlanta Thrashers earlier in the day ... Shares first on the Wolves with seven assists and ranks second with eight points in nine games this year ... Led the Manitoba Moose and ranked third in the American Hockey League with 86 points (30G, 56A) in 74 matchups last season ... Also appeared in four NHL tilts with the Vancouver Canucks, potting one goal

WOLF TRACKS

--- The Wolves have not allowed a power-play marker in six consecutive games (26 of 26), which ties a franchise record; the last time Chicago blanked an opponent on the man-advantage in six straight contests was Oct. 18 through Nov. 2, 2000; the team ranks eighth in the league with an 88.9 efficiency rating on the penalty kill (40 of 45).

--- The Wolves have notched a .643 winning percentage at the Allstate Arena this season (4-2-0-1), which includes collecting a point in each of their last four games.

--- Chicago has held its opponents to two or fewer goals in four of its last five games (3-1-0-1); the Wolves are allowing 2.82 goals-per-game, which ranks 15th in the AHL.

--- Right wing Anthony Stewart tallied his first goal as a member of the Wolves on Saturday; the 24-year-old forward became the 20th Chicago skater to register a point this season.

--- The Wolves have only allowed one third period goal in their last six games; Chicago is outscoring opponents 9-4 in the final frame this season.

--- Chris Chelios' game-winning power-play goal on Sunday was Chicago's first man-advantage marker in 22 chances; the Wolves rank 17th in the league with a 14.6 efficiency rating on the power-play this season (seven of 48).

--- The Wolves allowed three goals in a 2:33 span in the first period and could never recover as they dropped a 4-1 decision to the Texas Stars at the Cedar Park Center Saturday night

--- The Wolves earned a 3-2 shootout win over the Rockford IceHogs at the Allstate Arena Wednesday night
--- Forwards Tim Stapleton and Brett Sterling scored in regulation for Chicago, while STAPLETON netted the lone Wolves goal in the shootout
--- Goaltender Manny Legace turned aside 32 shots in regulation and overtime and kicked out all five attempts in the shootout
