EMMERSON posted 4 goals, 8 points and 181 penalty minutes in 66 ECHL games with the Utah Grizzlies and Toledo Walleye last season.
The 26-year-old forward accrued 5 penalty minutes in three American Hockey League outings with the Bridgeport Sound Tigers during the 2010-11 season. He also appeared in 46 ECHL contests with Utah that year, collecting 2 assists and 142 penalty minutes.
Overall, the Vancouver, British Columbia, native amassed 112 penalty minutes in 46 AHL games with the Rochester Americans (2008-09), Springfield Falcons (2009-10), and Bridgeport (2010-11). KELL spent the 2011-12 campaign with Fassa of Italy’s Serie A where he ranked first on the team with 25 assists and third with 36 points in 45 games. He also held third on Fassa with 11 goals last year.
The 26-year-old forward split the 2010-11 season between the AHL’s Albany Devils and ECHL’s Trenton Devils. He notched 3 points (G, 2A) and 6 penalty minutes in 21 outings with Albany and 14 goals, 19 assists, and 33 points in 37 tilts with Trenton.
Overall, the Thunder Bay, Ontario, native skated in 37 career AHL games with the Lowell Devils (2007-10) and Albany (2010-11), accruing 5 goals, 12 points, and 14 penalty minutes. He also amassed 66 goals, 89 assists, and 155 points in 207 career ECHL matchups with Trenton spanning four seasons (2007-11).
